3 Hours
Japanese cooking experience

We will teach you three Japanese home cooking recipes and have you cook them. Afterwards, you will enjoy eating the food you have made.
[Recipes to be taught]
1. Niku-Tofu (Simmered meat and tofu)
2. Temaki-Sushi (hand-rolled sushi)
3. Miso-Soup (Miso soup)
Sake and food pairings

Our experts will recommend the best sake to go with the Japanese food you cook in the workshop.
We will select 3 types of sake.
For example, sake that goes well with a mild vegetable-based flavor using bonito stock.
And sake with a beautiful rice aroma that pairs well with strong flavors like meat and fried foods.
Enjoy the meal
