Japanese home cooking and cultural experience

This is an experience course where you will actually make Japanese home cooking
under the guidance of MIKI mom.
Even beginners can learn with confidence.
You will eat the food you make while pairing it with sake.
You will also receive a gift of traditional Japanese calligraphy.
You will be given a Japanese cooking certificate at the end of the experience.

Japanese cooking experience

We will teach you three Japanese home cooking recipes and have you cook them. Afterwards, you will enjoy eating the food you have made.

[Recipes to be taught]

1. Niku-Tofu (Simmered meat and tofu)

2. Temaki-Sushi (hand-rolled sushi)

3. Miso-Soup (Miso soup)

Sake and food pairings

Our experts will recommend the best sake to go with the Japanese food you cook in the workshop.

We will select 3 types of sake.

Traditional Japanese calligraphy

After the meal, there will be a traditional Japanese calligraphy
performance and a gift of the teacher's work.
